Refund policy

Customised & Branded Products

All customised, printed, embroidered, or branded products are made specifically to order.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on customised items once artwork has been approved and production has begun.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs carefully before confirming production.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the issue

We will review the case and arrange a suitable resolution where appropriate.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customised or branded items

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect artwork approved by the customer

  • Incorrect quantities ordered
